General Submission Guidelines

General Rules 1. Conference Registration Fees: All individuals attending the AAS-in-ASIA conference are required to pay conference registration fees. Individuals accepted to appear must register and pay fees by the registration deadline. There are no fees required to submit a proposal for consideration; however, accepted participants (and anyone interested in attending) must pay the registration

Location & Venue

AAS-in-Asia 2020 will be held from August 31 – September 04, 2020 at The Kobe International Convention Center in Kobe, Japan. Located in the Kansai region, Kobe is a short distance from Osaka, Kyoto and Nara.
